Manage Incoming Orders - Real-Time Order Processing with the Partner API#

The Partner API/Orders allows you to receive, process, and track customer orders in real-time. By integrating with these endpoints, you can streamline order management, from the moment an order is placed, to its final delivery.

There are two integration options depending on how you manage fulfillment. Check the integration pages for a deep dive on each integration below:

  1. Partner Picking Device – you can use your own fulfillment device and application, integrating directly with the API to receive and process orders.
  2. Pelican Picking Device – you can use our flagship fulfillment application, Pelican and a picking device for managing orders, with the API facilitating real-time order updates.
